Anna has been training for a couple of years now starting with her son at Windernere, Cumbria. Attending private classes and seminars has developed both physically and mentally through the sport nunchaku and has also learned through the training to take control of her anxiety which has helped attend national and international competitions in the U.K. Anna is now working towards her Brown belt in October 2022 and then with Dedicated Training will pass her Black Belt end of 2023
